Weekly Training Plans

Hey Team!

 

The schedule below is for beginners and or run/walkers.  We will meet every Saturday at 6:45 and be running by 7:00 am for the long run at different Franklin locations.  I’m excited for our first run on Sat. Jan 12!  We will meet at the square in Franklin for a 3-mile run.

 

On your own:

Monday and Wednesday – 3 miles of run/walking

Thursday – easy walk

Tuesday, Friday, Sunday – off

 

Saturday group runs:

Jan 12 − 3 miles (meet at Franklin square @ 7)

Jan 19 − 4 miles (Meet at Jim Warren Pavilions on Boyd Mill by big rocks @ 7)

Jan 26 − 5 miles ( Meet at Franklin Run shop in Kroger shopping center @ 7)

Feb 2 − 4 miles

Feb 9 − 6.5 miles

Feb 16 − 8 miles

Feb 23 − 4 miles

March 2 − 9 miles

March 9 − 4 miles

March 16 − 11 miles

March 23 − 4 miles

March 30 − 12 miles

April 6 − 4 miles

April 13 − 14 miles

April 20 − 5 miles

April 26 − rest
