Weekly Training Plans
The schedule below is for those doing the Full or 1/2 Marathon (beginners and or run/walkers).
Whether you live in the Nashville area and will join us for weekly training, or will follow a plan from your hometown, we will give you guidance along the way.

Beginning January 11, we will meet every Saturday at 6:45 and be running by 7:00 am for the long run at different Franklin locations.
