One of the most important things you can do to guarantee that you will cross the finish line April 26 is to get a training partner. You will dramatically increase your chances of staying on track and reaching your goals if you share that commitment with someone else.
Powered by Hope offers an easy, built-in way to do this each Saturday with our group training sessions. I encourage you to attend and get to know the people you are running or walking with. For example, if you know that your partner is going to show up on Saturday to train with you, then you will be there! You won’t want to let him or her down.
Find one person in the group and pledge to show up for that person each week. If you are unable to attend weekly training, recruit a friend, spouse or coworker to join you in your personal training program. You will ensure your own success and multiply the transformational power of your training experience.
